From the time I was born, we’ve had horses. Horsemanship and rodeo took up the majority of time from an early age.
When it came time to graduate high school, a cowboy college in Colorado offered me a scholarship to get my degree in Horse Training & Management, to which I happily obliged.
From the time I was little, I’ve always been around great horses and great people.
I’ve learned the subtleties that make a confident, strong, intuitive, and balanced rider. I’ve also been fortunate enough to learn these skills from some of the best minds in the arena.
My intention for you in this program is to take my experience on horseback and apply it in a fitness capacity; an area that I know best.
I’ve broken down every area that you will need to be more successful; strength, core, flexibility, mobility , and cardiovascular performance.
This 4-week program is all about making you feel stronger and more confident in the saddle; it’s about creating a better relationship with your horse, and it’s about getting in great shape.
